1. Right now I am currently reading What My Girlfriend Doesn't Know by Sonya Sones. I am only 65 pages into the book but so far I really like it! This book is the sequel to What My MOther Doesn't Know which I read earlier this year. The sequel different because I was used to the book being in Sophie's point of view and now it's in Robin's. They are head over heels in love with each other but Robin is always worried that he is ruining Sophie's life because he's such a "Murphy". Murphy is Robins last name and since everybody thinks he's a total weirdo, they use his last name as a cruel adjective. I think it is really cool that Sophie doesn't care what her friends think about her dating Robin. Sophie has basically abandoned her two best friends Rachel and Grace all for Robin Murphy because that's how much she loves him.

2. I really like the book so far. I really enjoy Sonya Sones' writing style because its interesting and easy to read. This book is awesome because I can relate to it so easily. Since it is written about what teenage girls are dealing with its intriguing to have a sense of what is coming ahead of me. I also like it because I think aside from Sophie's shyness, I think we share a handful of the same personality traits so I know how she feels when she says she is feeling kind of awkward. It is remarkable how Sophie and and Robin can be together despite all of the nasty drama around school. What my Girlfriend Doesn't Know is different from What My Mother Doesn't Know for me because of the narrator change, and that confuses me some.

3. I think the major theme in the book right now is romance. Romance because Sophie and Robin are so madly in love with each other even though everyone is so disgusted at them. When they were at lunch Rachel and Grace were calling Sophie to sit with them and instead of sitting with her best friends she chose to sit with Robin. After Sophie totally ignored her best friends; Rachel and Grace so Robin wouldn't be hurt, her friends were not very nice to her because of what she did. I think their relationship exemplifies all the good qualities someone would want in a relationship, including: trust, honesty, kindness and they have things in common.

4. My favorite character in What my Girlfriend Doesn't Know is Sophie. I like Sophie the best because when everybody was torturing Robin she is as kind as a girl could be even though she practically lost her only friends. Sophie doesn't car what anybody else thinks about her love life, I can tell because she does anything to spend time with him and shows him off to the world.

5. My least favorite characters in the book are Rachel and Grace. This is because they are so sour to one of their best friends just because she finds someone she loves. They show bad qualities of a friend and I would never want friends who would treat me like that.

6. I predict that in the end, Sophie and Robin will be broken up because it couldn't be handled in a good manor. Or they are still together and everyone is nice to both of them now and Robin is not referred to as "A Murphy" anymore.
